Cooper is one of the most well-respected celebrity golfers on the circuit --
and even considered turning pro a few years back. Translation -- the guy knows
what he's talking about.
And in NYC Tuesday, Cooper was
adamant that Woods is not as washed up as some people make him out to be.
"If you ask the young
guys ... they'll probably tell you he's still the BEST golfer," Cooper
says.
For the record, Tiger is
currently ranked #43 in the world.
