Jumia Delivery Man Killed By Customers Over iphones

A delivery man with an online marketing store, Jumia, Mr. Chukwuma Eleje, has been killed in a house on Ada George Road, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The victim was said to be delivering two iPhones to some customers, who had ordered for them through the Internet on Saturday, when he was attacked and killed.

The assailants were reported to have dumped his remains in a septic tank in a desperate attempt to cover up the crime.

However, operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad were said to have been alerted by residents.

The officials were reported to have swooped on the suspects in their apartment on Monday.

The state police spokesperson, DSP Nnamdi Omoni, who confirmed the incident, said the suspects – Sodienye Mbatumukeke, Excel Naabe, and Joy Eluwa – upon their arrest, confessed to the crime.

Angry Mob In India Attacks Nigerian Students Accused Of Cannibalism And Murder

An angry mob in India attacked a group of Nigerian students accused of cannibalism and murder following the recent death of a local boy. Three students were reported injured in the Monday (27 March) incident in Greater Noida, near the capital New Delhi.

Police have arrested seven people in connection with the attack. State authorities have promised a thorough investigation and strict action.

The attack followed the death of teenage boy, Manish Khari, on Saturday (25 March). The boy reportedly suffered a cardiac arrest due to drug overdose, but residents blamed the African students living in the area for his death.

Earlier, when the boy was missing for a day, the locals accused the foreign students of cannibalism and even barged into their houses to search for Khari's remains.

Hedge Fund Exec Swindled by Bernie Madoff Jumps to His Death From NYC Hotel

A hedge fund executive who lost billions to notorious Ponzi schemer Bernie Madoff jumped to his death Monday in an apparent suicide at a New York City hotel.
Charles Murphy apparently jumped to his death shortly after 5 p.m. at the luxurious Sofitel Hotel in midtown Manhattan. Stunned witnesses told police that they saw a man in a dark business suit leap from the 24th floor and land on a fourth floor terrace.

He was a Harvard Law School graduate who recently worked for Paulson & Co. During the 2008 Madoff scandal, he worked for the Fairfield Greenwich group, a high-stakes hedge fund that lost $7 billion in the scam.

Murphy's death is a sobering reminder that despite Madoff's 2009 conviction and 150-year prison sentence, the impact of his crimes is still reverberating in the financial world.

Manchester United have wanted Neymar for a long time, but not until reading this morning’s edition of the Catalan newspaper Sport did we truly understand just how much they want him. With the aid of a popular online translation tool, we learn that United are ready to “throw the house out of the window” to land the Barcelona superstar. Wow.

Hot Football Transfer Gossip can’t even to begin to imagine how difficult it would be to throw a house out of a window – it suddenly makes throwing a kitchen sink at something sound relatively simple – but that’s what United are apparently prepared to do.

Trump Tweets Russia Probe 'Hoax,' Rails Against Clintons

Amid ongoing questions about the involvement of his associates with Russian officials during the campaign and about the impartiality of the Republican congressman leading one of the probes into the matter, Donald Trump went on a twitter rant Monday night, calling out an old foe -- the Clintons -- and blaming conservative Republicans for his health care defeat.

In a series of tweets, Trump questioned the actions of the House Intelligence Committee, asking why it isn't conducting a probe into the former Democratic presidential nominee and her husband, former President Bill Clinton.

"Why isn't the House Intelligence Committee looking into the Bill & Hillary deal that allowed big Uranium to go to Russia, Russian speech money to Bill, the Hillary Russian "reset," praise of Russia by Hillary, or Podesta Russian Company. Trump Russia story is a hoax. #MAGA!" wrote Trump in two consecutive posts.

The tweets were not the first instance in which Trump sought to blame Hillary Clinton for a deal between Russia's nuclear power agency and a Canadian company. The non-partisan fact-checking organization Politifact has rated the claim "Mostly False," citing Hillary Clinton's "lack of power to approve or reject the deal."

Russia Creates 'Unstoppable' Hypersonic Zircon Missile With Navy Destroying 4,600mph Speed

Russia claims to have created a devastating hypersonic missile that travels five times faster than the speed of sound and could rip through navy warship defences because it's too fast to stop.

The Kremlin's Zircon missile has been called "unstoppable", "unbeatable" and "undefendable" with a 4,600mph speed that only one defence system in the world can destroy – that system is owned by Russia.

The missile employs revolutionary scramjet technology to reach its hypersonic speeds whereby propulsion is created by forcing air from the atmosphere into its combustor where it mixes with on-board fuel – rather than carry both fuel and oxidizer like traditional rockets. This makes it lighter, and therefore much faster.

LIVING FOR OTHERS IS THE RULE OF NATURE

In 1892 at Stanford University, an 18-year-old student was struggling to pay his fees. He was an orphan, and not knowing where to turn for money, he came up with a bright idea. He and a friend decided to host a musical concert on campus to raise money for their education.

They reached out to the great pianist Ignacy J. Paderewski. His manager demanded a guaranteed fee of $2000 for the piano recital. A deal was struck and the boys began to work to make the concert a success.
The big day arrived. But unfortunately, they had not managed to sell enough tickets. The total collection was only $1600. Disappointed, they went to Paderewski and explained their plight. They gave him the entire $1600, plus a cheque for the balance $400. They promised to honour the cheque at the soonest possible.

‘Ok sir’ I said rolling my eyes
He was already turning to leave when my bag caught his attention.
‘What do you need the extra bag for? He inquired
‘I am going on a two days seminar with Mr Ifeanyi’
His displeasure was written all over his face and he didn’t try to hide it
‘What seminar?’

How honest will passers-by be when they see a woman drop a £20 note on the ground outside a busy supermarket?

Nicola Bailey was charged with theft after she picked up a £20 note in a shop in Blurton, Stoke-on-Trent, but will Kensington shoppers hand a MailOnline reporter back her dropped money?

“I Slept With My Boss—Here’s What It Was Like”

On the show Empire, the demise of the relationship between boss-man Lucious Lyon and his former fiancé/employee Anika Calhoun is truly nightmare-worthy. Despite ominous examples like this, it can be tough not to even consider crossing the line if and when sparks start to fly.
