I DISAGREE WITH ONIGINDE ON NIGERIA FIFA RANKING

To me Oniginde is just trying to sound dutiful and loyal to people that pays him as a piper (the organization he works for) and he is not being truthful about the recent ranking by the football governing body.
How can Nigeria moved down the ranking of FIFA and Brazil which just won Confederation cup moved up more than expected?
Apart from the recent Confederation cup won by Brazil, are there other victories and trophies won by Brazil over time?
What could be responsible for Mali new ranking above the African champion?

Nigeria as the Africa champion has not loss any match played, either friendly or World Cup qualifying matches except in Confederation Cup when she loss two matches, so if Oniginde is defending the ranking what criteria led to the slide in ranking?
Nigeria either at the Youthful stage and senior stage has been consistent over the few months since the last Nation cup, so why the fall in the ranking and the rise in ranking of nations that have not perform wonderfully over the last few months?
However, I won’t blame Oniginde because it is hard for an employee of his own nature to come out openly and criticize his employer at the world level, so I expected him to still dance and play the tune that is dictated, appreciated and in harmony with the harmonic tune scripted to him by the bosses.
I believe and very sure that Oniginde will not be in support of the recent ranking if he is the present coach of the Nigeria Super Eagle. I think he is trying to sound relevant and patriotic to the employer by negating what is presently working okay for the Nigeria football as a whole instead he should try to motivate the good work being done by others.
According to Oniginde, the ranking:
“It’s a cumulative assessment of the team's performance over a period of time. It’s also determined by the level of competition and the friendly matches played. If you beat Brazil and Argentina last month, but in subsequent matches defeat Uganda, Zimbabwe and Malawi, are you moving forward or backward,” Onigbinde asked.
The Questions:
What is the cumulative assessment of a team that has not loss any match since becoming the African champion?
Would Nigeria be rated higher or lower if she has loss the matches against Uganda, Zimbabwe and Malawi, as Oniginde claims that are less competitive footballing nations?
If Uganda still dominates FIFA rankings in Cecafa region based on FIFA recent ranking, so why is Oniginde with the excuse that Nigeria is not moving ahead by playing countries like Uganda?
What yardstick is used for the ranking of nations like Bosina-Herzegpvina and Montenegro?
