If really the level of decadence in term of governance in Nigeria (that is, the lack of moral uprightness of our leaders who are highly corrupt with egoistic motives and intent of walloping all the available resources) could be regarded as what led to the advent of the irrational and inhuman acts of suicide bombing by so called Boko Haram as described by Obama is true, then what is responsible for gun shooting and various bombing in United States of America?
