 Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal celebrated his side's 4-2 thrashing of Manchester City in Sunday' derby by heading to Manchester's Wing's restaurant, where he bumped into players from his beaten rivals women's side, Toni Duggan and Isobel Christiansen.

Duggan uploaded this snap to her Instagram account today with the message "Heyyy Louis van G!!!! Nice to share a wing with you..."

Toni Duggan, possibly unwisely, posted the photo of her and the Red Devils boss on her Instagram and has risked the wrath of City fans.

It was perhaps not the best timing to upload the shot considering the humiliating defeat suffered by her team that very day and she has since deleted the post.

Van Gaal was at the go-to restaurant for footballers and celebrities with his wife Truss and friends

The win kept Man United above their noisy neighbours in the Premier League table, leaving fourth-placed City now four points off third-placed United.
