In a pulsating and tension soaked match that stands as a decider for the next team to make it to the round of 16 in group F, Nigeria and Bosina-Herzegovina displayed array of skills in a match that produced a single goal for the super eagles of Nigeria.
Unlike in the Iran match, the Nigeria team went all out with the aim of playing to win and to secure the necessary 3 points in other to stay in the World Cup; a competition that has produced certain upsets and surprises.

The 16 years goal drought of Nigeria Super Eagles was ended by Peter Odemwingie’s goal after netting the pass by superlative Emenike to put the team ahead and hopeful. Bosnia came back firing and dangerous, trying to equalize the goal and keep the Bosnia-Herzegovina flag still flying in the competition but the Nigeria team stood the test of time. Several attempts by Edin Dzeko was saved by the Nigeria no1 keeper, Eyama, especially the strike at the last second of the full match.

At the end of the added time and ninety minutes, Stephen Keshi boys were able to beat and carry the victory for the day.

We Nigerians are wishing the nation a superb outing and victory in the next match against the almighty Argentina.
