YAYA TOURE BACKS CLAIMS HE COULD BE GOD AT LIVERPOOL

Toure's representative Dimitry Seluk stunned Manchester City today by suggesting the midfielder was set to quit the club following a row over his 31st birthday.

Seluk claimed Toure was considering leaving the Etihad this summer and that he would be more valued at a club like Liverpool.

And as rumours spread of the Ivorian's unhappiness, he took to Twitter to try to downplay reports he would be playing for another team next season.

Jokes aside. Please do not take words that do not come out of MY mouth seriously. Judge my commitment to @MCFC by my performances.
