David Moyes: Juan Mata Makes Manchester United Better

Manchester United manager David Moyes is singing the praises of midfielder Juan Mata for his hand in the 4-0 win over Newcastle on Saturday. The Spainard scored a brace and assisted in one other in a routine win for United. Moyes says the club is richer for Mata's presence and says he showed why he is one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League

Juan Mata celebrated his first strike against Newcastle with his Spanish team-mate David Dea Gea, who is revealed to have predicted the goal: “He told me that I was going to score before the game. That is why I went to him,” says Juan.

Adnan Januzaj rounded off United's win at Newcastle with the fourth and final goal. It ensured more joy in the North East for the youngster after he hit a brace away to Sunderland back in October during his first start for the Reds.

Chicharito is hoping for a starting spot against Bayern Munich after finding the net in the 4-0 win over Newcastle. "We all want to play in the game at Bayern and we have proved that," said the Mexican striker.

The Reds’ four goals weren’t the only things of note in yesterday’s 4-0 win at St. James’ Park.
