Thrones actress Emilia Clarke has been named the world's most desirable woman.
In a
global vote for the AskMen website, which saw more than a million votes cast,
Clarke was voted top.
Clarke
has set pulses racing as dragon-rearing Daenerys Targaryen in the hit HBO
series largely shot in Northern
Ireland
The poll
asked readers to base votes on sex appeal, character and talent to compile its
Top 99 most desirable women of 2014 list.
Runner-up
was Alison Brie from TV's Mad Men while model Emily Ratajkowski who featured in
the video for Robin Thicke single Blurred Lines was third.
Model
Cara Delevingne was ranked at 13 and the Duchess of Cambridge was in 35th
position.
