The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare represents one of the most significant technological advances in modern medicine, promising enhanced diagnostic accuracy, personalized treatment protocols, and improved patient outcomes. However, this technological revolution brings forth complex ethical challenges that require careful examination and structured approaches. This research paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the ethical considerations surrounding AI applications in healthcare, examining issues of privacy, algorithmic bias, decision-making autonomy, accountability, and the broader implications for healthcare equity. Through a systematic literature review, case study analysis, and evaluation of the ethical framework, this study identifies key ethical principles that must guide the implementation of AI in healthcare settings. The findings reveal that while AI technologies offer substantial benefits, their deployment must be accompanied by robust ethical governance frameworks, transparent algorithmic processes, and continuous monitoring systems to ensure patient safety and the protection of their rights.
