MARION LE PEN (22 YRS.) BECOMES THE YOUNGEST FRENCH MP

She is the granddaughter of the founder of anti-immigrant and anti-EU party, Marion Maréchal-Le Pen, who turns 84 this weekend. She is just 22 years of age and a law undergraduate whose eloquence and ready smile caught the attention of the media during her support and campaign for her aunt (Marine Le Pen) who was a presidential candidate in the just concluded election won by the Socialist Francois Hollande.

Marion Le Pen, in her address after the election stated that:

“I am happy to be the spokeswoman for this French youth that tomorrow will be spearheaded new hope in the shape of the National Front,”.

According to the grandfather, “I persuaded her to stand as candidate for Carpentras to restore the National Front’s image after it was accused of being indirectly behind the vandalization of the town’s Jewish cemetery”.  Politics can be as genetic as art or music said Jean Marie Le Pen of his granddaughter. It’s the proof of a good race.

Marion Marechal-Le Pen, a political novice, won with 42.2 percent of the votes against a Union for a Popular Movement candidate. She represents the third generation of the Le Pen family in politics.
