Politics they say is a dirty game and when you are involved you better be expecting more than the usual in this game. Obama received a part of this dirty game when an anti-Obama documentary that claims the President's mother once posed for pornographic photos wearing bondage gear was released.
The shocking - and totally unfounded - claims made in the DVD represent a new low in the election dirty tricks war and are likely to trigger outrage in the White House.
'Dreams From My Real Father', made by a right-wing film-maker who is a long-time critic of Obama,  includes images of a woman it claims is the President's mother Ann Dunham clad in leather gloves, boots and a corset posing seductively on a couch.
The film also alleges that Mr Obama's real father is left wing poet poet and Communist party activist Frank Marshall Davis, and that Ms Dunham's marriage was a 'sham' to cover this up.
It has even won the support of Alabama's Republican Party chairman Bill Armistead who has said: 'That (the film) is absolutely frightening. I've seen it. I verified that it is factual, all of it. People can determine.'
'Dreams From My Real Father' claims that the President's family history is an elaborate lie

Ordinarily, driving on roads in Lagos State is hazardous; what with the reckless way people handle their vehicles, especially commercial drivers who are notorious for their disdain for obeying traffic rules. However, findings by the state government have confirmed what many Lagos residents have all along suspected: many of the drivers are driving under various deleterious influences. The state Ministry of Health, along with the Ministry of Transport, determined to ensure safer highways within the city, organized a screening for commercial drivers in which they discovered that many of the drivers drive under the influence of alcohol, hard drugs or are even unhealthy. In all, 2,002 drivers from different motor parks in Alimosho Local Government Area, one of the 20 local government areas and 37 local council development areas (LCDAs) in the state were screened. Of the lot, 1,945 were not fit to drive. Giving details of the findings Tuesday, the state government put the number of drivers who tested positive to cocaine and marijuana following the tests at 441 and vowed to prosecute those addicted to hard drugs if the trend “does not change”:

There are strong indications that British business tycoon, Sir Richard Branson, is still willing to invest in the Nigerian aviation sector, notwithstanding the sour experience the airline mogul had with the Federal Government over the former Virgin Nigeria airline. One of the top officials of Virgin Atlantic Airways said on the sidelines of a media conference recently that Branson would still be willing to invest in the country’s aviation sector. Branson, founder of the famous Virgin Group, had partnered with the Federal Government to establish Virgin Nigeria following the liquidation of the former national carrier, Nigeria Airways, by the Olusegun Obasanjo administration. The relationship between the Federal Government and Branson however, went sour after Nigeria’s aviation authorities forcefully stopped Virgin Nigeria’s domestic operations at the international wing of the Lagos airport. The development, Branson said, contradicted major provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding he signed with the Nigerian government before the establishment of Virgin Nigeria. Branson subsequently pulled out his interests in the former Virgin Nigeria. The airline was later acquired by the Chairman of Global Fleet, Mr. Jimoh Ibrahim and renamed Air Nigeria in 2010. Air Nigeria recently suspended its entire operations due to what Ibrahim called “staff disloyalty and unfavourable business environment.” However, Virgin Atlantic Airways’ top official revealed that Branson was still willing to invest in Nigeria’s aviation sector again.

The way to a man's heart isn't complicated. Fulfill these 3 needs, and he'll be yours long-term.
Women frequently ask me what guys are looking for in their relationships with the women in their lives. And although they may realize how uncomplicated guys are, they are still usually surprised by the simplicity of my answer. In general, men are looking for three things when they become involved romantically with a woman:
1) Sex
2) Comfort
3) Companionship

And that’s pretty much it. And while there are certainly some men who have additional prerequisites on their relationship checklists, they are by far the minority, and don’t really merit much examination in a general discussion about men and their motivations.
So on to the first thing that men want (and the highest on their “to-do” list): Sex. As you know, sex is much of important to guys. It’s what motivates us to get out of bed every morning (with the hope that soon we’ll be hopping back in for a steamy interlude with an equally hot playmate). And as much as most men love to eat, if guys had to choose between sex and food, starvation would be the number one cause of death in the male population. So it only makes sense that one of the primary things we look for in our relationships is sexual compatibility. And while that sounds as if we might be rating your performance in some way, truth-be-told, if you’re willing to get naked with us on a regular basis – then by our yardstick, we’re perfectly compatible.

When you awaken to prepare for another workday – especially a Monday – what is your typical attitude? Are you filled with enthusiasm and anticipation, looking forward to opportunities and challenges the day will present? Or do you experience feelings of frustration or even dread, wishing you could get back into bed, pull up the covers, and forget about going to work?

If you fall on the negative side of this equation, there could be many reasons: Deadlines you face might seem overwhelming; you could be facing serious conflict with superiors or co-workers; you may not be a good match for the work you are asked to perform; or the job you have held for a long time could have grown tedious and routine, causing you to feel bored and uninspired rather than eager and energized.

Other reasons for disliking work might come to mind, but your mind itself could be a primary factor: the attitude you allow yourself to have toward your work and your workplace. Even though we cannot always change our circumstances, we can choose our attitudes toward our circumstances.

Iranian hackers have repeatedly attacked Bank of America Corporation, JPMorgan Chase & Co and Citigroup Inc over the past year, as part of a broad cyber campaign targeting the United States, according to people familiar with the situation, Reuters reported. The attacks, which began in late 2011 and escalated this year, have primarily been “denial of service” campaigns that disrupted the banks’ websites and corporate networks by overwhelming them with incoming web traffic, said the sources. Whether the hackers have been able to inflict more serious damage on computer networks or steal critical data is not yet known. The sources said there was evidence suggesting the hackers targeted the banks in retaliation for their enforcement of Western economic sanctions against Iran. Iran has beefed up its cyber capabilities after its nuclear program was damaged in 2010 by the Stuxnet virus, widely believed to have been developed by the United States. Tehran has publicly advertised its intentions to build a cyber army and encouraged private citizens to hack against Western countries

Late penalty secured Manchester United’s first Anfield win since December 2007, as it beat 10-man Liverpool 2-1 on an emotional afternoon on Merseyside. The hosts played 51 minutes with 10 men after Jonjo Shelvey’s sending-off, but still managed to take the lead through Steven Gerrard’s volley. However, Rafael equalized soon after and Van Persie, one of United’s three players to miss from the spot already this term, scored his fourth goal in as many games against the Reds nine minutes from time. In the end, it was something of a relief that the talking points were all generated on the pitch as Liverpool marked its first home match since the publication of the Hillsborough Independent Panel’s report, which exonerated fans in relation to the 1989 disaster. Luis Suarez and Patrice Evra shook hands in a show of unity before the game - the Liverpool forward had refused to shake the united defender’s hand in the league meeting between the sides at the Old Trafford in February, having previously been found guilty of racially abusing Evra in the corresponding fixture at Anfield last season

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli`s relationship with boss Roberto Mancini is once again under stress after the Italian striker refused to quit smoking and went partying late night following their draw at Stoke City last weekend, according to a source.

Balotelli was a shock exclusion from Mancini`s squad for the 3-2 defeat at the Bernabeu on Tuesday night

The controversial striker traveled to Spain with the rest of the squad but didn’t even make the bench.
According to the Daily Star, Mancini dropped Balotelli for disciplinary reasons.
The pair clashed before the Blues jetted off to Madrid and Mancini told him he wouldn’t be involved but still insisted on him going to the Spanish capital.

A club source said: "Mario Balotelli is in the bad books on two fronts - a very late night out after the Stoke game and his refusal to stop smoking. He and Mancini had words on Monday afternoon and it led to him being dropped from the squad."

It is the latest in a long line of fall-outs between the feuding Italians since Balotelli arrived at the Etihad from Inter Milan in a 24 million pound deal in 2010.

A father allegedly bludgeoned his daughter to death with an axe because he was ashamed she worked in a beauty salon.
That is the claim of Allah Ditta's children who watched him hack Shagufta, to death near their home in the Adiala suburbs of Pakistan.
Police said Allah Ditta, the accused, was arrested and confessed killing his 32-year-old daughter, a mother of one.
A blood-stained axe he was believed to have used to kill her, was also found, reported
Shagufta had a young son and had divorced about three years ago.
Police quoted the younger sister as saying  'My father tied her to a tree in the jungle near our house and swung the axe at her neck, killing her instantly.'
The victim's brother, Fiaz Ali, said in a police statement that his father was angered after a lady that Shagufta worked for as a maid, offered her a position in a beauty salon.
The younger sister said that Shagufta was beaten by her father the night before her death when she announced her intention to join the salon.
She said that the family intervened and they thought the debate was closed.
But in the night she woke up and saw her father taking Shagufta away, holding a piece of rope and an axe in his hand.
When she went to watch the scene unfold with her brother, watching as Shagufta was taken away by her father to the nearby jungle.
There he allegedly tied her to a tree, abused her and then smashed her neck with an axe, killing her on the spot, according to the pair.

According to Yahoo news, three in four Americans feel they have little or nothing in common with Mitt Romney, while nearly 60 percent feel the same way about President Barack Obama, according to an Esquire/Yahoo! News poll.
In the wake of Romney's remarks dismissing nearly half of Americans as self-identified victims who are dependent on government—videotaped at a donor event earlier this year and posted online this week by Mother Jones magazine—these new numbers are more bad news for a candidate struggling to connect with ordinary Americans. The margin of error for the survey, conducted shortly after the two national political conventions, is plus or minus 4 percentage points.
Further complicating the Republican ticket's image problem is that a Romney presidency is viewed as significantly more beneficial to wealthy Americans than a second Obama term would be. Sixty-two percent of those surveyed said the wealthy would be better off under Romney than Obama. That split reverses when Americans were asked who would benefit the poor: 57 percent say Obama, 30 say Romney.

This is quite interesting and it shows the extent of dog's loyalty to human

An extremely dedicated dog has continued to show its loyalty, keeping watch on its owner's grave six years after he passed away.
Capitan, a German shepherd, reportedly ran away from home after its owner, Miguel Guzman, died in 2006. A week later, the Guzman family found the dog sitting by his grave in central Argentina.
Miguel Guzman adopted Capitan in 2005 as a gift for his teenage son, Damian. And for the past six years, Capitan has continued to stand guard at Miguel's grave. The family says the dog rarely leaves the site.
"We searched for him, but he had vanished," widow Veronica Guzman told "We thought he must have got run over and died.
'The following Sunday we went to the cemetery, and Damian recognized his pet. Capitan came up to us, barking and wailing as if he were crying."
Adding to the unusual circumstances, Veronica says the family never brought Capitan to the cemetery before he was discovered there.
"It is a mystery how he managed to find the place," she said.

Cemetery director Hector Baccega says he and his staff have begun feeding and taking care of Capitan.
"He turned up here one day, all on his own, and started wandering all around the cemetery until he eventually found the tomb of his master," Baccega said.
"During the day he sometimes has a walk around the cemetery, but always rushes back to the grave. And every day, at six o'clock sharp, he lies down on top of the grave, stays there all night."
But the Guzman family hasn't abandoned Capitan. Damian says the family has tried to bring Capitan home several times but that he always returns to the cemetery on his own.
"I think he's going to be there until he dies, too. He's looking after my dad," he said.

Even with tears over the killing of the U.S ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens and 3 others, the United States of America has apologized to the whole world, particularly to Countries ruled by Muslims over the anti-Islamic film released by an American video film, which assaulted Prophet Mohammed.
Already, the crisis has spread to Yemen and some few Muslim ruling nations, including Nigeria. Muslims in the City of Jos have been protesting over the anti-Islam film released online. They have embarked on burning American flags even as soldiers are working towards putting them off the streets.
Speaking through its Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, Obama had described the video as repulsive and disgraceful, adding that the purpose was to condemn religion and to provoke violence.
Clinton, who spoke while attending a meeting in Washington D.C. with Morocco’s Foreign Affairs Minister yesterday, pleaded with all Islamic nations to pardon the Americans for such blunder.
According to her “We are closely watching what is happening in Yemen and elsewhere, and we certainly hope and expect that there will be steps taken to avoid violence and prevent the escalation of protests into violence.

Further evidence of corrupt and illegal Nigerian involvement in Ghana politics emerged as a director of Energy Bank, a Nigerian owned bank in Ghana confessed that the bank paid a whopping $5 million to some officials of the ruling National Democratic Congress before its application for license to operate in the country was granted by the Bank of Ghana.
Ghana's New Statesman quoted the Director as saying the amount was paid notwithstanding the fact that the owner of Energy Bank, Jimoh Ibrahim, had contributed huge sums of money to support the campaign of the late President John Evans Attah Mills in the 2008 elections.
Energy Bank, the director revealed, was subsequently granted a universal banking license, and on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, commenced business after the late President Mills had cut the tape at a ceremony held at the GNAT Heights in Accra.
This revelation comes on the back of investigations being carried out by Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Dr Jimoh over alleged acts of money laundering.
Dr Jimoh’s participation in Ghanaian politics was revealed by Chief Dele Momodu, a Nigerian business mogul, who stated in his epitaph to the late President John Atta-Mills that Dr Jimoh “provided significant support and resources to Prof for the election.”

The Enugu residence of Nollywood actor, Nkem Owoh, has been raided by yet-to-be-identified hoodlums who carted away his Mitsubishi Montero Jeep with number plate BU 64 FST, alongside other valuables.

Months of speculation have given way to a list of features and specs that Apple fans will debate for months. Bigger screen? Faster processor? 4G network support? Better software? Yes to all, the new normal on an increasingly sophisticated list of must-have features, all demanded by increasingly sophisticated buyers. Later this month, Apple retailers everywhere will be surrounded by block-long lineups. A few weeks later, anyone will be able to walk into a store and grab one off a shelf.
It’s a scenario that’s played out like clockwork since the first iPhone bowed in 2007, a hype cycle that’s created one of the most iconic brands of our time. No other consumer product resonates in consumers’ minds like the iPhone. No other is as important to the fortunes of its maker. And that’s the problem.
The numbers are staggering: Strategy Analytics says Apple has sold 250 million iPhones over the last five years – and raked in $150 billion (U.S.) in cumulative revenue. According to a CNN analysis, almost half of that - $74.3 billion – was recorded between June 2011 and June 2012, which would make the iPhone business unit larger than all of Microsoft, and big enough to be a Fortune 50 company.

This is not about the iPhone 5 versus the Samsung Galaxy S III or the iPad versus the Kindle Fire HD; this is about customers' attachment to the larger ecosystems that those devices inhabit. Amazon, Apple, Google, and Microsoft all aim to translate customers' investments — of money, information, personalization, and social connections — into a gravitational field of loyalty so powerful that few customers will ever attain escape velocity. This market is still taking shape, but the iPhone 5 will markedly increase Apple's pull, already the strongest out there……..Charles Golvin

Kris Jenner has told Kanye West to STOP talking about Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, is exclusively reporting.
The momager and matriarch of the Kardashian clan is fuming that the hip-hop star keeps bringing up her daughter’s revealing 2003 porno with ex-boyfriend Ray J because she thinks bragging about it is in bad taste and that Kim should be thought of for her many other accomplishments.

“Kris had stern words with Kanye when she saw that he said he would put Kim’s sex tape on while romping with other women. She thinks it’s a disrespectful claim and told Kanye to stop talking about it at every given opportunity. As far as Kris is concerned, the video with Ray J is history and since then Kim has become a reality TV star, a fashion designer, even a philanthropist - so she’s moved on. Kim is, however, caught in the middle. She wants her mom and Kanye to get along because she wants Kris to approve their marriage. She won’t if Kanye keeps doing things like this."

As far as Kris is concerned, the video with Ray J is history and since then Kim has become a reality TV star, a fashion designer, even a philanthropist - so she’s moved on.

“By bringing up the past, Kanye is making it worse for Kim, but he doesn’t see it as that much of a big deal.
“Kim is, however, caught in the middle. She wants her mom and Kanye to get along because she wants Kris to approve their marriage. She won’t if Kanye keeps doing things like this,” the source revealed.

Fires swept through two factories in Pakistan, one in the city of Karachi and the other in Lahore, killing at least 125 people, police and government officials said on Wednesday.
The death toll from the late Tuesday fires is likely to raise fresh questions about industrial safety in the nuclear-armed South Asian nation and draw more criticism of the deeply unpopular government. In the deadliest incident, flames raced through a garment factory in the teeming commercial capital of Karachi, killing at least 100 people.
"People started screaming for their lives," said Mohammad Asif, 20. "Everyone came to the window. I jumped from the third floor." In Lahore, a fire raged in a shoe factory, killing at least 25 people. Critics say Pakistan's government is too corrupt and ineffective to focus on the welfare of workers and a dizzying array of other problems, from crippling power cuts, to widespread poverty to a Taliban insurgency.
"The owners were more concerned with safeguarding the garments in the factory than the workers," said garment factory employee Mohammad Pervez, holding up a photograph of his cousin, one of the workers who is still missing. "If there were no metal grills on the windows a lot of people would have been save. The factory was overflowing with garments and fabrics.

Last week the MTV Video Music Award took place in Los Angeles where various categories of award were carted away by different Musicians but the main focus of night was that of two love birds that have been creating ripples within the entertainment world due to the various breakup and makeup.
Before the Award Chris Brown and Drake had clash in a club over Rihanna. However, last week award ignites more of these episodes when both Rihanna and Chris Brown had a public kiss at the Award night in Los Angeles.
The former couple – who split up in February 2009 after he assaulted her in a car – hugged when he won the Best Male Video prize at the event at the Staples Centre, and she appeared to peck him on the cheek to congratulate him.
Rihanna herself picked up the biggest award of the night, Video of the Year, for ‘We Found Love’.
She recently confessed to still having feelings for Chris and said she found it hard to act normally around him whenever they saw each other.
The 24-year-old pop star said: ”We went to a mutual friend’s party on a yacht.
”It’s awkward because I still love him. My stomach drops and I have to maintain this poker face and not let it get to the outer part of me.
”I have to maintain that and suppress it and interpret that and understand that is not going to go away.
”That is peaceful. When you don’t understand those feelings you can make a lot of mistakes.”
You know we find love in strange places.
